Support all transactional functions and processes associated with the accurate payment and accounting of all Company incentive and commission plans.
This role is to be performed fully in an office environment.
In this role you will:
Process all incentive plan payments ensuring accuracy and compliance with the Company’s plans and policies.
Maintain and reconcile incentive and commission participant system data ensuring accuracy for payment in compliance with Company policies and individual or Company goals.
Reconcile the Company’s incentive Payable and Expense General Ledger accounts.
Audit annual sales budgets of participants to ensure policy compliance.
Process corrections to billing documents related to incentive payments.
Review recommended changes to incentive plans with others, as appropriate, to ensure system and configuration changes occur as needed.
Respond to management and participant questions regarding incentive system and payments.
Create and maintain process documentation.
What you bring to the table:
2-3 years’ experience: Accounting with account reconciliation experience
Two-year degree: Accounting, Finance, or related field of study, or equivalent experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, SAP & Workday
Knowledge of general audit & accounting methods
Knowledge of applicable federal and state employment laws
Time management and organizational skills
Analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to understand incentive plan documentation
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels within the organization
