Graybar Corporate Shared Services Support in St Louis, Missouri

Graybar’s Corporate Shared Services Department is always looking for qualified talent! We continually search for full time and part time staff for roles in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll, and Employee Resources. Our roles offer a performance-based hybrid working schedule. You are required to complete training for your position prior to starting the hybrid schedule.

  • Collection Assistants are assigned a portfolio of accounts to perform collection duties.

  • Cash Application Specialists apply payments to customer accounts for an assigned district.

  • Accounts Payable Specialists review, audit, and pay vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.

  • Administration Support provides clerical and administrative support to the departments within Corporate Shared Services.

  • Payroll Administrators process regular payroll cycles and handle related deductions, garnishments, and taxes.

  • Employee Resource Representatives take phone and ticket inquiries from Graybar employees assisting them with questions about payroll, benefits, policies, and other Human Resources related topics.

These positions range from $16-22 per hour depending on the role and the candidate’s experience.
