Graybar Marketing Specialist in Maryland Heights, Missouri

Get your foot in the door with a Fortune 500 Marketing Department! As a Marketing Specialist, you will develop, implement, monitor, and optimize the digital and/or traditional marketing campaigns across a variety of channels; coordinate marketing activities and other department initiatives.

This position is must be performed within our Corporate office setting.

In this role you will:

  • Develop, implement, and track marketing campaigns.

  • Create marketing materials and tools for the sales department.

  • Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to implement various internal and external communications for the company.

  • Analyze and report on the performance and effectiveness of marketing programs.

  • Support marketing team activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas.

  • Maintain brand standards.

    What you bring to the table:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Communications/Marketing, 2+ years experience preferred

  • Four-year degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred

  • Proficient in use of Microsoft office suite and Adobe creative suite

  • Knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Customer Relationship Management systems (i.e., Salesforce), and content management systems

  • Writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail

  • Creative skills in design, composition and aesthetics

  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills

  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to perform data analysis and use software to collect, maintain, and analyze data

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and utilize all available resources to find, analyze, and report information upon which to develop plan

  • Able to statistically describe and analyze business financial, sales, and operating results and perform trend analysis and recommend optimal course of action

    Hourly Rate Pay Details:

$24.00 - $28.00/hr
