Graybar Marketing Automation Manager in Maryland Heights, Missouri

As the Marketing Automation Manager in St. Louis, MO, you will be responsible for developing customer relationship strategies that drive sales growth for new and existing customers. You will develop and maintain relationships and client interactions through various marketing channels, including website, lead generation, mobile, email and social media. * * In this role you will: * Oversee the Company’s marketing campaigns; ensure campaigns are effective and meet the Company’s strategic objectives. * Responsible for the Company’s Strategy around its marketing automation platform including campaign setup, database management, analysis and optimization. * Collaborate across marketing to develop customer profiles. Leverage preferences in other categories to provide predictive offerings to customer through various channels. * Lead the management of the marketing automation platform, including automations, drip programs, campaigns, prospects, reporting, integrations (and connectors), users, engagement, inbound/outbound notifications, monitoring, day-to-day functions and upkeep of platform components. * Collaborate with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) cross-functional agile team to assist in prioritizing enhancements as needed. * Implement, track and optimize the Company’s digital demand and lead generation activities across various channels; ensure high quality leads are delivered to the sales team. * Lead email marketing campaigns, analytics/performance tracking, A/B testing, list segmentation and management. * Research and utilize best practices for marketing automation platforms; identify and evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve performance of marketing automation platform.

What you bring to the table: * 5 years’ experience required: direct experience using cloud-based CRM platforms and marketing automation platforms * Bachelor’s degree required: Marketing or equivalent experience * 3 years’ experience in Salesforce and Pardot administration preferred * Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred); proficiency in list management and experience creating multi-channel campaigns * Pardot Certification preferred * Knowledge of key digital marketing processes, practices and tools, including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Retargeting, Lead Handling, etc. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Power Point and Project * Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills * Ability to meet deadlines and Key Performance Indicators * Ability to train users and assist in creating and documenting training materials * Strong technical ability * Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment * Ability to establish trust and cultivate highly effective partnerships with peers and internal stakeholders
