Graybar Field Recruiting Supervisor in Maryland Heights, Missouri
As the Field Recruiting Supervisor, you will manage workload and allocation of open requisitions across the field recruiting function to promote consistency and effectiveness of recruitment services across all districts. You will supervise a team of full-cycle Recruiters based in field offices with multi-district assignments and dotted line responsibility to field HR Directors and will also assist with talent pipeline development for field leadership positions.
In this role you will:
• Monitor open requisitions across the Company on a daily basis to evaluate and balance workload as business needs change. Initiate customer feedback loop into current process to continuously improve process and practices. • Track and monitor key metrics to evaluate recruiting effectiveness including time to fill, quality of hire and other metrics to be determined. • Source and develop talent pipeline for leadership positions across Graybar. • Provide best practices to field HR and management regarding sourcing of top talent. • Support on-campus recruitment to ensure a strong pipeline of sales trainee and entry level talent. • Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technology to enhance Graybar’s recruitment practices.
What you bring to the table:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience: Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources experience in large, multi-location organization. • Four-year degree or equivalent experience required: Human Resources or Business focus preferred. • Tech savvy. Demonstrated proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and OFCCP regulations required. Experience with CRM or other TA technology solutions strongly preferred. • 2 years’ supervisory experience. Supervision of remote employees strongly preferred. • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills and the ability to consult with and influence business leaders required. • Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously required.
