As theCRM Managerfor Graybar in St. Louis, MO, you will be responsible for managing and executing the Company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) roadmap and ensuring it maximizes the marketing and sales opportunities offered. We are looking for someone with strong project management and planning skills.
* * In this role, you will: * Assist in creating and maintaining the vision and roadmap for the Company’s CRM efforts; define requirements for effective use of the CRM and its infrastructure. * Work with external partners to ensure the successful delivery of the CRM roadmap and backlog. * Provide direction to the agile development team to design and build future functionality of the CRM tool that meets Marketing and Sales objectives within budget and on time. * Ensure the CRM provides an effective sales funnel and efficient sales process. * Responsible for ensuring the CRM is customer-focused and working to maximize its effectiveness for sales. * Monitor the effectiveness of the current CRM platform and ensure it is fit for purpose; maintain current knowledge of CRM trends. * Ensure return on investment through Key Performance Indicators and performance metrics. * Develop testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the Company and its products. * Establish and maintain a CRM Advisory team to assist in championing and driving through necessary CRM changes ensuring buy in from all stakeholders in the business.
What you bring to the table: * 5 years’ experience: CRM marketing or advertising within a sales team in a fast-paced and highly competitive setting; extensive experience in direct and digital marketing, ideally in a similar industry * Bachelor’s degree: Information Technology, Marketing or related degree or equivalent work experience * Demonstrated substantial knowledge in CRM segmentation, campaign management, direct marketing, offer management, data mining, interactive marketing, database marketing, and email marketing * Strong knowledge of customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies * Demonstrated customer-service orientation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Proven experience to create and develop Corporate CRM programs and campaigns * Ability to establish trust and create strong relationships and partnerships with peers and internal stakeholders to facilitate cross-functional interactions * * Why should you join Graybar? * * Graybar is a leading North American distributor of electrical, communications and data networking products and a provider of supply chain management and logistics solutions.
