Graybar Corporate Communications Specialist in Maryland Heights, Missouri

As a Corporate Communications Specialist, you will write, edit, and develop content for a variety of print and digital formats, ensuring consistent messaging.

In this role you will:

  • Write, edit, and develop content for a variety of print and digital formats, ensuring consistent core messaging and brand integrity

  • Determine best medium for messaging: digital, print, etc.

  • Coordinate communication projects from conception to completion ensuring work is on time, on budget, and on message

    What you bring to the table:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience required: Experience in Corporate Communications or related internship(s)

  • 4 year degree in Journalism, PR, communications, or marketing preferred

  • Knowledge of AP style and corporate communications principles

  • Knowledge of message delivery options including print, social media, public relations and other digital formats

  • Feature writing and presentation skills

  • Ability to adapt writing for a variety of audiences, both internal and external, creating compelling messages that inform, educate and persuade

  • Strong time management skills, organization skills, and ability to transition quickly between various assignments and prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines

  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

  • Some travel required
