Consider this. Our Outside Sales Representatives work on some of the most interesting and prolific projects in our industry. Graybar is looking for a new Outside Sales Representative in City, State to sell our products and services specializing in the (industrial) market. You will develop new prospects and maintain contact with established customers, regularly visiting them at their site of business or other off-site locations. If developing personal relationships with your customers and delivering the best service in the industry is your priority, we are looking for you. * *
In this role you will: * Meet or exceed assigned annual budgets working in assigned territory * Drive sales and merchandise programs, provide input on new products and services * Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and recommending Graybar services and programs tailored to their business objectives * Participate in training sessions, trade shows and sales meetings * Ensure up-to-date, accurate customer records including reports of business transactions
What you bring to the table:
Strong ability to negotiate and be persuasive
6 years of experience in sales preferred
Can work independently and within a team
Some travel required
Four-year degree preferred
