Graybar Executive Assistant to General Counsel in Clayton, Missouri

As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative functions to support the General Counsel.
In this role you will:
Maintain calendar for meetings, appointments, and travel
Screen communication, including mail, email, and telephone calls
Make travel arrangements
Provide administrative support
Review various contracts and agreements for compliance with Company policy and overall risk profile
Provide general litigation support as required
Prepare initial drafts of standard correspondence and agreements for review by supervisor
Perform legal research under supervision
What you bring to the table:
Minimum 3 years experience required; 4+ years experience preferred
Two-year degree required; 4 year degree in Business, English or Pre-Law preferred
Knowledge of legal concepts, corporate and employment law
Oral and written communication skills
Analytical and organizational skills
Problem solving skills
Ability to interact effectively and in a professional manner with diverse internal and external customers
Ability to exercise good judgment
Ability to maintain high degree of versatility and initiative
Pay Details:
- The hourly rate for this position is $26.00- $30.00; subject to change based on experience.
Work shift and hours:
Full-time, hourly, non-exempt
Monday - Friday fully in-office
Standard business hours, 40-hour work week
